Our resources:

The company operates through 4 main branches:

  1. Nairobi – Head Office:

 

Headed by the director, this office plans and controls the operations of all the branches and ensures that the operation run to the client satisfaction.
Main responsibilities include:

    1. Monitoring the arrival/discharge of relevant vessels at port of Mombasa.

 

    1. Updating the client on the status of the cargo.
    1. Ensures documentation is done on time for both local and transit cargo.

 

    1. Processing of refund /claims.
    1. Monitoring Kra taxes payment, wharfage

 

  1. Mombasa Branch:

Headed by Operations Manager, the main responsibilities include:

    1. Liaising with the head office for monitoring the arrival/discharge of relevant vessels and advices the client.

 

    1. Attends to raising matters at Kenya Revenue Authority on behalf of the client.
    1. Liaising with branch supervisors on loadings and ensuring that all border copies are returned on time for bond cancellation.

 

    1. Updating the client on loadings and bond cancellation for ease bond turn around.
  1. Kisumu /Eldoret/Nakuru/-Depot Branch: Main responsibility includes:
    1. They ensure effective and efficient documentation for transit and local products.

 

      • Facilitates loadings and relay data to both point of exit and Nairobi office.
